horrible slow service - customer service


Okay so I went in there to get an iced coffee. Took them 15 minutes to do so. And in the wrong cup. Also their driver doesn't work, at least I don't think so. The customer has to pakr their car out and let the worker take it to them. Also in the drive thru, they don't have a cash register so they go back and forth to the one up front. And homeless people stay around there, so it kind smells like cigarettes and dirty clothes. Horrible. Also not the safest place either. My friend almost got shot there.
