    In Shasta Lake CA at Burger King on Saturday, August 30, 2014. I have never been so appalled by the behavior of another individual known as the Manger Anna.     Burger King off 401 near Napanee. WORST service EVER! Waited over 20 minutes for my food while others who ordered after me were served. I ordered two standard burgers and one French fry with no special orders. The staff was incompetent and completely incapable of managing the task of servicing their clientele.     This happened on the 21st June 2014 at around 9.30 pm. Me and my husband were travelling from Dundee via Glasgow to Birmingham.     My husband and I like Burger King the best of all the fast food chains.. the burgers and fries are very good. The service during the day is pretty good.     A man who looked like a manage judging by his attire, decided to throw me and a couple of friends out of the Burger King, when asked to provide a reason for doing so, as we did have an order in front of us on the table, and were not providing a large amount off ruckus, were just talking a bit loudly, he simply replied "I give no reasons, get out of my store!"     I was at the BK on Forest Home Ave. with my boyfriend once, and it took them 35 minutes for a shake, ice cream cone, and 2 fries. I'm not even exaggerating. When I walked up to to ask why it was taking so long, the cashier goes oh, you're still here? And handed me cold fries and melted ice cream. I was pissed.     On May 1st 2014 I placed an order for delivery via online; this was at approx. 1:00pm, at 2:00pm I received a call saying that the company contracted to process online credit card transactions had experienced technical difficulties and that the store had to cancel the transaction and if I wanted to receive the order I HAD to pay cash!!     I went to BK and ordered Satisfries. I love BK's Satisfries. However, when I got to work I found that they gave me regular fries and I was furious. I couldn't go back because I had just arrived at work. I am disappointed in all BKs.     Went to Burger King in Layton, Utah tonight and it was absolutely gross. The Big King was just 2 small burgers smashed together. I also ordered 2 of their "Premium Alaskan White Fish" sandwiches Both had to be trashed because they were so disgusting.     My son and I went to Burger King in Fort Collins colorado on north college on 12/20/13. Before we left, I had to use the restroom. I entered the restroom right behind an employee. After the employee was done using the restroom she did no wash her hands. I am a nurse and I know the importance of good hand washing. There is a 20 second rule in handwashing to follow that includes using soap and water that needs to be taught to your employees. So... I was in the drive thru placing my order and I talked to whoever was working. I am positive that it wasn't the recording since he had already answered one question. I tried to give the rest of my order, no response. So I said it again, no response. Hello? Nothing. I said I can take my money elsewhere. Nothing. So I parked and went inside. I told the cashier 'Jon' about the drive thru. His response was to laugh at me. The manager was right behind him 'Victor' and didn't say anything at all. I wasn't given so much as an apology or any thing. Another thing was the store was disgusting. It wasn't meal rush time. It was very slow at the time. The floor wasn't swept. There was trash and spills by the soda machine. It was completely disgusting. I will definitely not be returning to that BK!

What's pretty sad is that they want to hear your comments but want you to do them through email. Great franchise. I like to talk to people not through email and text. Just call me old fashioned I guess. I'll never eat at the ones in Kernersville nc. Seems to me that the one on south main street has a Humm how you say a drug problem. No need to call it bk this one you don't even have to pull it up to the drive thru. Stop to get me and my wife a sandwich on a Saturday evening and the assistant manager comes up to me offering some" good stuff" then realizes I'm not the person he thought and continues to work. Remember we didn't even make it into the front door of the restaurant. .. Neither the less to find out by the NEW head manager that this is nothing new......... talked to the Dm district manager to him saying well we don't do RANDOM DRUG CHECKS..MAYBE I'm wrong but this is not good. My family has enjoyed eating at Burger King for many years now, but I am really disappointed that Burger King is showing support for the gay lifestyle.
We son not dislike or hate the Gay people, but the Bible teaches us to love the sinner, but hate the sin. Although they may think they may be living a lifestyle that is acceptable with others, the Bible calls that lifestyle sin.
I would encourage you to re-consider your decision to accept the gay lifestyle and continue with the family atmosphere we have enjoyed through out the years.
Until that time, my family and Christians alike that are aware of your stance, will no longer be a loyal customer of Burger King.

Please bring Burger King to Big Spring, Texas. Big Spring, Texas is in the beginning of an oil boom and the town is really growing. Other business are coming right and left to Big Spring, Texas and a Burger King would really do well here. Big Spring, Texas sits at the cross roads of Hwy 87 and Interstate 20 just 45 miles from Midland, Texas. Y'all Come !

Burger King in Covington Louisana has the rudest manager I have come in contact with. I wrote the number on the receipt for the free whopper and she said I forgot to put the letters for the month. I had the date on the receipt which stated that I had bought the burger two weeks ago. Her attitude was just MEAN. I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

My daughter and I went to the Burger King drive through. When we got home the fries was not in the bag for my grandchild. I called the store to try and get the problem resolved and was surprised at how much they did NOT care. The manager gave me her name several times and refused to take down my name. The conversation ended with her inviting me to come back....NOT!!! If I cannot get what I paid for then I'll go some place where I can.

I am a recent ex employee for Burger King and will tell you I would never never never order food at night without telling them to cook eveything fresh. Bad enough during the day some managers and crew don't care and hold stuff for 2-3 times the hold times but at night most of the time (I hate to see how now) the restaurant doesn't close until 12 midnite and the broiler is apart and clean by 10pm. Which means at the location of #463 in the Pittsburgh PA area the meat and tender grill is sitting there for at least 2 hours all ready cooked and nasty for you to eat. Alot of places do this, how's this for appetizing, the meat is not only sitting there getting cold and old but the meat and grilled chicken is not even sitting in hold pans but either whopper boxes or salad containers or pancake platters. Also I have seen crew reheat fries/chicken/etc in the grease because they are too lazy to puton waste and cook fresh. How's that for food for thought?

I live in Lees Summit Missouri, we have 2 Burger Kings here in town. Now how is it they constintly run out of bowls every weekend for the B.K breakfast bowls. If nobody there is smart enough to order more bowls when stocking supplies then I think I will take my buissness elsewhere,cause its quite clear the two managers here are a couple MORONS!!!

I just got a California Whopper from the BK in Westerville, OH. I should have known that I would receive barely any lettuce or guacomole, lots of mayo and tiny tomatoes. I really hate this particular Burger King. If I would have had my receipt still I would give them the survey they would not like. It just boils my blood when these cheapskate people work work there rip off consumers like myself. If I did not have to work I would drive back and get money back. Gggrrrr!!!

I go to the Burger King on 6001 NE Antioch RD in Gladstone, MO.
The host Debra is so polite but all the rest of the employee's are just about as bland as the food they serve. I think the was one time over a span of 5 years the french frys were hot and the rest of the time they are luke warm or cold.
I have given up on Burger King. Taco Bueno here I come.

I was in your Melrose Park IL store
and what I experienced was very alarming,after standing at the counter for 2 minutes I began to time how much longer it would take someone to help me,it totaled 7 minutes in all for someone to take my order and heres the alarming part, it was one of the managers that was arguing with another manager and a employee about some issue looked right at me and never said a word like "I'll be right with you" nothing just let me stand there for 7 minutes,and O bye the way" there was no other customers in the store it was'nt like they were busy. finally when the manager came to take my order I had to repeat it 3 times because she could'nt focus on what I was ordering she was still mind locked on the issue that was taking place before she decided to come up to the counter to help me.Heres the best part she developed an attitude towards me because I corrected her on her behavior/service, after my food was ready to be baged she stayed at the register voiding out her mistakes instead of getting me on my way.As a restaurant GM myself I found this to be VERY alarming.If your sales are dropping in that store its not the economy its the pathetic management team thats running it, WHERES THE DISTRICT MANAGER ???????????

I visited store #361 was asked to wait for my 12 psc chicken stick combo and they would bring it out with my other order. 20 mins later they brought out my food and left without checking the bag. Sure enough when I got home, no Chicken stick combo! In the future,I will always check my bag before driving off. :(

I purchased a number 1 with onion rings,4 orders of chicken tenders and 3 small fries. Everything was stuffed in one bag and my onion rings were missing.
