Need customer service training


I visited the Burger King located at :

8845 S. Painter Store #733
Whittier CA 90602

I was in the Drive-thru but decided to walk-in and place my order ( BIG Mistake!) I was the only one in line and i notice the cars that were behind me were long gone. What bother me most. . was the women who took my order. The workder form the drive-thru ask her if she could take the three items at the counter she responded in spanish " sure go ahead it only the that guys". I reponded in spanish I should have stood in the drive-thru line. A few minutes later she call me to pick up my order. I inform her that I know longer what it but wanted my money. Her reponse was " that fine" Again, speaking in spanish " this guy no longer wants his food".

What kind of operation are you running there? I am proud of my Heritage but not when you get treated like that and her appearance, attitude and personality does not refect the quality service that normal I recieved in the past. This women cloths were wrinkled and had food stains on them.

I could not locate an email address for them. I also need to improve the web page, its a joke. The women I spoke to over the phone only could give me this number to call 305-378-3535. WHAT??!!

I ask her for a toll free number she stated they excepted collect calls.

Give me a break!

Just got back from the burger king in chandler AZ. I walked into an empty burger king, and no wonder. Dispite being the only customer, with 4 employees in the store, it took them 5 minutes to get my order, and it went down hill from there.

During my wait, I saw 2 employees in the back and I kept saying I'm here, I would like some help, but they did not respond. Finally I said I'm in a hurry, and I would like to order. A girl I had not seen came out, followed by a manger that I had not seen.

I placed my order, and when I got it, the first thing I noticed was the orange juice had gone bad. So I asked and got another one. Then I tasted my hash browns they were cold. So I took them back, and the manger started to give me some excuse about the it could happen to anyone.

I waited another 5 minutes, and finally left without my hash browns.

By the way, the only laungage spoke between the employees was spanish.

I visited the burger king branch at trincity mall triniad,and the service was disgusting ,no fries,no onion rings,when i asked,they said we are not doin any more fries or onion rings.What do u call dat?I am a paying customer and this is what I get.
