Rude Employee complaint


While driving through the drive thru in Salem Illinois an employee asked that I pull forward. I respectively declined due to previous incidents where after pulling forward my order was not brought out and I eventully was forced to go inside to get the order myself. After declining the employee (name tag red 'Lacy') leaned forward and told me that "You are Rude". I asked for clarification and the employee repeated the comment. I asked to speek to her manager and the manager assured me that she would take care of it. However while waiting for my food no action was taken by the manager and the employee remained on duty. I am a manager of a large employer near by and I will certainly communicate this experience with additional recomendation to consider other dining options until a change in conditions is evedent.

First of all the reason they wanted you to pull forward was to get the other customers taken care of. You are not the only one that is waiting on food at a Burgar KIng drive threw! Secondly the employees do not make a lot of money and they work at BK because there is nothing else available. They don't want to loose the piddly little pay check that they get. The employees get into trouble when the drive threw time is up and you sitting there not pulling up is running up their drive time! You don't care about their job! Why should they care about you getting your food fast if you don't care about them or the other people who want their food just as bad as you ? You were rude and you were just told the truth!
