Worst BK store

Went today, 08 July, 2017 at about 9:50 am at Burger King . I cannot write down the store because, here are the following - no receipt given, no napkins provided, they do not accept coupons. We were in Lake Howell branch/Cassellberry Florida and there is a Dunkin Donut beside the BK.
