No leadership or customer service

I went to a Burger King on 95th and Quivira to make a order at 11:30 pm CST(I work nights and this was my lunch break) I had seen an employee in the restaurant so I pulled up to place my order but no one came over the speaker so after 5 minutes I said help is there anyone there no response I thought at least the manager would have answered me but no luck I waited another 5 minutes and still no response. So I drove up to the drive up window and say no one. They were open according to there sign posted with the hours. I would think that at least the manger would have done his-her job but not all. After this experience since this isn't the first time this has happened I will no longer be giving my money to this franchise. I would even suggest that Coca-cola break ties with them to to the bad customer service association with this business.
