Poor service - Sandwiches not prepared properly

My wife and I visited the cranberry twp pa store .
The order taker asked if I wanted bacon on my burger I said yes

But no bacon.
My wife asked for cheese on her sandwich but no cheese.
I called corporate headquarters took my concern but no response.
Called back... More...
